If you are participating as an entire school/registering your entire school to participate in the Scholastic Drive, we ask that only one, single person register, report, and act as a point of contact for the school and drive. In other words, the same person should fill out this registration form, report your eventual pajama collection, and work with Pajama Program to get your donated materials distributed.

If multiple classrooms at your school are conducting their own separate drives and WILL NOT be combining their collected pajamas into a single donation to report to Pajama Program, please have each classroom register individually with their own point of contact.
